Content validity was used to determine the validity of the questionnaire and to determine the reliability of the Cronbach alpha coefficient. To analyze the findings of the questionnaire, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. In descriptive statistics, the statistical characteristics: frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation were calculated and in inferential statistics, one-sample t E, independent t and analysis of one-way variance using Spss20 software. Based on the findings, given the low mean of the sample average of 2.52, it can be concluded that the psychological dimension criteria in the second science of elementary school have been less respected.

All the participants completed Beck Depression Questionnaire and Negative Self-Concept Questionnaire before the study and after it. The experimental group received mindfulness group training for 8 sessions (a weekly two-hour session) but the control group did not receive any training. The covariance analysis showed that the group cognitive therapy methods based on mindfulness significantly (P> 0.05) can decrease the negative self-concept thoughts and depression among female students. Therefore we concluded that the group cognitive therapy method based on mindfulness, can be used to lower the students' depression and negative self-concept thoughts.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of exercise in behavioral abnormalities in secondary school students in Mashhad. The purpose of this study is to achieve comparative and analytical-comparative information. The statistical population of this study is all secondary school students in Mashhad. Considering the size and extent of the population of this study, a two stage cluster sampling method with appropriate volume allocation for each floor was used. To obtain information, a researcher-made behavioral abnormalities questionnaire was used that its validity was confirmed by psychologists and sports management professors. Sports activities were divided into four groups, and the level of behavioral abnormalities was evaluated in four levels of sport. Descriptive results showed that the average behavioral abnormalities in students with high activity activity were lower than those with other sports activities. To analyze the role of sport, ANOVA was used. Results of analysis of variance and Tukey post hoc test showed that there is a significant difference between behavioral abnormalities of students with high activity activity with other levels. Therefore, it is suggested to increase the level of sports activity in schools, and school teachers encourage more students to work in sports.
