This study aimed to investigate the effect of social skills training on academic moral resilience among female high school students. The study was applied in nature and employed a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test–post-test format and a control group. The statistical population included eleventh-grade female students in Tabriz high schools during the 2023–2024 academic year. Using a convenience sampling method, 30 participants were selected and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups (15 in each). The experimental group participated in 12 workshop sessions focused on social skills training, while the control group received no intervention. Data were collected using the Academic Moral Resilience Questionnaire and analyzed through descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (ANCOVA). The mean score of academic moral resilience in the experimental group increased from 37.27 (pre-test) to 40.13 (post-test), while the control group’s mean increased slightly from 37.07 to 38.53. Results of the ANCOVA indicated that social skills training had a significant effect on enhancing academic moral resilience (F = 4.52, p < 0.001, η² = 0.64).
