Background and Objectives:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of mindfulness training on failure tolerance and career enthusiasm of primary school teachers in Zahedan city. Methods: The study was conducted in a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group. Out of 817 teachers, 40 were purposively selected and placed in two groups, experimental and test.The study used the Salvanava and Schoffley (2001) Career Passion Questionnaire, the Harrington (2005) Failure Tolerance Questionnaire, and the Mindfulness Therapy Protocol (Kabat-Zinn, 2003). Findings: The data obtained using analysis test Univariate covariance was analyzed with SPSS 20 software. The results of the research indicate that the post-test mean of failure tolerance and job enthusiasm of teachers who received mindfulness training increased significantly compared to the control group who did not receive the training. Conclusion: Therefore, it can be said that mindfulness training is effective. May the teachers' performance in the classroom become more enjoyable, and in this way, the productivity of the teachers through mindfulness has increased several hundred times Key words: mindfulness, failure tolerance, job passion, primary schools, Zahedan city.
