Present study has been done with the title of" Standards and criterions of preparing and producing smart boards for e-learning environments". The goal of this research is composing needed standards and criterions of producing and preparing smart boards for learning centers to making them smart. As there is not a suitable and complete criterion and guide for e-learning area responsible and managers, this study has been done to make costs purposeful and optimized coextensive with educational purposes. Method of this research is descriptive and it refers to composing standards three area technical criterions, software criterions and supportive criterions. Regarding technical dimension, issues like different smart boards, suitable technology, user's number, lateral tools and technical features have been meet and regarding software criterions cases like making indigenous , software features facilitating users, tools gallery and multi- Medias have been discussed. Software and hardware supports have been noted in supportive dimension. How much these Standards and criterions for producing smart boards considered, can be hopeful in effective education, stable learning, enjoyable teaching, attractive environment and finally stable human developing with optimized function in personal and social life and organizational goals through occupational are.
