Modeling the effect of ethical culture and organizational atmosphere on the quality of teachers’ work life with the mediating role of organizational trust

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of ethical culture and organizational atmosphere on the quality of teachers’work life with the mediating role of organizational trust. mediating role of organizational trust. The current research was descriptive-correlational (structural equation model) in terms of content and applied in terms of purpose.. The participants in the current research, or in other words, the statistical population of the research, were 721 teachers working in the elementary school year of 1400-1401 in Nemin city. The sampling method used is multi-stage cluster sampling, and due to the heterogeneity of the statistical population, a stratified sampling method was also used, from among the aforementioned statistical population, based on Morgan's table, a sample of 279 people (200 women and 79 men) were selected. According to Morgan's table, a sample of 279 people (200 women and 79 male person) were selected. The necessary information to answer the research question was collected through written questionnaires and the collected data was analyzed using spss and lesril software. The obtained results indicate that ethical culture and organizational climate respectively with a factor load of 39/. and 0.42 has a positive and significant effect on the quality of teachers' work life. Also, organizational trust with factor loading value of 0.78 and t value (3.85) has been effective on teachers' quality of work life. The obtained results indicate that the quality of the working life of the employees will also improve in the organizations where the moral culture and organizational atmosphere are favorable along with organizational trust.
