Investigating the relationship between creative self-efficacy, sense of coherence and transactional coping with teachers' psychological well-being

Abstract

The purpose of the current research was to determine the relationship between creative self-efficacy, sense of coherence and transactional coping with the psychological well-being of education teachers in district two of Sanandaj city. This research was descriptive and correlational and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population includes all the teachers of education and training in district two (2) of Sanandaj city, which included 285 people in the academic year of 1401-1400. The sample size was considered to be 162 people using Morgan's method. In order to collect data, psychological well-being questionnaires were used. Pearson's correlation test and regression with SPSS version 22 software were used to analyze the data. The results of the findings showed that there is a significant linear relationship between creative self-efficacy, sense of coherence and transactional coping with psychological well-being, and creative self-efficacy, sense of coherence and transactional coping simultaneously predict 0.245 variance of teachers' psychological well-being and the most important predictor of psychological well-being is creative self-efficacy and after that sense of coherence.
