Investigating the Impact of Value Management Dimensions on Organizational Performance Based on ISO 10015 Educational Standard (Case Study: Bushehr Farhangian University)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of value management dimensions on organizational performance based on ISO 10015 educational standard in Farhangian University, Bushehr Branch. This research is based on an applied goal, which was conducted using a mixed exploratory design. In the qualitative part of the snowball method and Delphi fan for saturation and consensus theory was done and in the quantitative part of the descriptive-correlation method with emphasis on structural equations. In the qualitative part of the purposeful sampling method, taking into account the saturation law, 23 professors and in the quantitative part, using the simple cluster sampling method, based on the Cochran's formula, 121 professors and 275 students, teachers as a statistical sample were chosen. The data collection tools in the qualitative part were the content analysis of documents and interviews and in the quantitative part were two researcher-made questionnaires of value management and performance evaluation of the 10015-training system. Validity and reliability of the instrument in the qualitative part with the criteria of acceptability and verifiability and in the quantitative part of the instrument with the opinion of experts and confirmatory factor confirmation and their reliability by Cronbach's alpha method were 0.96 and 0.88, respectively. Data were analyzed using Student's statistical methods, confirmatory factor analysis, path analysis using SPSS and LISREL statistical software. General findings showed: the dimensions of value management have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of Farhangian University, Bushehr Branch.
