The issue of employment of higher education graduates is one of the important economic and social issues of the country and is necessary to predict future plans. The aim of this study was to determine the employment and unemployment status of educational science graduates. The research method is descriptive-survey. In terms of purpose, this research is applied. The statistical population included undergraduate and graduate graduates in the field of educational sciences from Payame Noor University of Babol, Islamic Azad University of Babol and Mazandaran in 2017. From the statistical population, 165 graduates were selected by available sampling method. Data were analyzed using Chi-square test, independent two-group t-test, correlation coefficient using SPSS21 software. The results showed that the employment status of graduates is related to the gender of men and women and there is a significant relationship between the employment status of undergraduate and graduate students. There is a significant difference between the employment status of graduates and their place of residence. There is a significant difference between the grade point average and the employment status of graduates. There is a significant difference between the amount of research activities and the employment status of graduates.
